Following the success of the trial period Dignity Curtain Pegs have now been rolled out across the whole of the JR, Churchill and Horton General Hospital sites.

One problem affecting patients, that was
often complained about, was interruptions during care-giving.
This has been reduced by the introduction of prominent red pegs
for bed curtains, which remind staff not to enter the bed area at these times. It has proved a successful way to improve the dignity of patients, in line with hospital policy.
